Cherrylee School Home

Principal's Message

On behalf of the staff at Cherrylee School, I am happy to welcome you to the new school year!

It is our privilege to provide an exemplary educational experience for your child and to ensure that all students achieve at high levels of academic proficiency.  The entire staff at Cherrylee School is committed to academic excellence and social-emotional well being.

Cherrylee is filled with spirited and curious students who are empowered through academic discussion, collaborative team work and critical thinking.  The dedicated teachers engage students in the learning process and inspire students to do the impossible. We believe that children learn best when students, parents, and teachers work in partnership to meet each child’s unique needs. With this being our fourth year implementing The Leader in Me, which are timeless principles based on Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, our students have done a wonderful job blossoming into leaders!

I feel very fortunate and pleased to be principal of such an outstanding school.  I am looking forward to working in partnership with each of you during the school year.  I welcome the exchange of ideas between school staff, teachers, parents and community members.

As always, if you have any questions please contact the school office by phone (626) 575-2326 or in person.  We thank you in advance for your cooperation and support and look forward to a productive school year!

In Partnership,
Doris Tran, Principal
